The Big Bruce is an all beef burger from our friends at West Grey Premium Beef, located in the heart of beautiful Grey Bruce country. West Grey starts with antibiotic free beef, then sprinkles in some spices, seasonings, and bread crumbs which results in a moist, juicy, and flavourful burger no matter how you cook it. Each Big Bruce burger is 150g (5.3 oz) raw, which is larger than the 113g (4oz) salt and pepper beef burger from West Grey. Cooking Tips: These all beef burgers are ready to cook from frozen on the grill, oven, frying pan or air fryer. Cook in a preheated 204°C (400°F) oven or grill until an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). We love them with a slice of cheese melted on top and the classic combo of mustard, pickles, onions, and tomato!
