AAA Boneless Prime Rib Roast

  • 1 Roast

The AAA Boneless Prime Rib Roast is also known as a Standing Rib Roast. Known for its rich marbling, tenderness, and beefy robust flavor. This show stopping roast is perfect for special occasions. As the roast cooks the marbling melts and resulting in a tender and succulent finished product. This cut is taken from the rib section of the animal. The muscles in this section are not heavily used resulting in the tenderness of the meat. 63 Acres premium grass-fed, grain finished Angus cross cattle are raised in southern B.C. on small family ranches. The low humidity and beautiful sunshine produce high quality locally grown grass and hay for the cattle to feed on. 63 Acres continues to be committed to beef raised ethically, naturally, and locally.

COOKING TIP: You wouldn’t think by the finished product that it would be so simple to prepare but it is. There are 3 things you need to do regardless of how you cook it: bring it to room temperature and pat it dry before cooking, and let it rest for 15 minutes after cooking no matter how good it smells. Preheat the over to 450°F (230°C). Season generously with salt, garlic, and pepper. Place on roasting pan (rack optional) fat side up. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (162°C) and continue cooking until desired cooking temperature is achieved. Don’t forget the Au Jus!
