Hungarian Csabai Salami
These Hungarian-style smoked csabai sausages are from the folks at Wagener's Meats, and we love them so much that we hope that you give them a try. The artisans at Wagener's blend ground pork with just the right amount of Hungarian paprika and spices. After seasoning and blending, the sausages are stuffed, smoked and fully cooked. The result is a delicious appetizer or portable snack that is mildly spicy, smoky, and slightly tangy.
Serving Suggestions: These sausages can be stored at room temperature, there is no need to refrigerate. We will ship them in your regular frozen box, so when it arrives, remove the sausages and let them rest at room temperature before consuming. After you have opened the package and have leftovers, you can refrigerate them to prevent them from drying out too much. This salami is great sliced up and served on a charcuterie board, paired with some local cheeses and crackers for easy entertaining.
