COOKING TIP: Just like any other burger, these can be prepared on the grill, in the oven, or in a frying pan. The only exception is that these burgers are very lean and do not require as much time cooking as traditional beef burgers do. Get the internal temperature up to 165℉ and they are ready to go - but skip the stuffing and aim for a nice brioche bun with a nice slice of smoked gouda cheese instead.
