COOKING TIP: So many options, so little time! Keeping with the name we suggest making a creamy Italian Sausage Pasta. Start by pan frying the sausages on medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature on 165F. Once cooked transfer sausages to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice sausages into one-half-inch medallions. Cook penne pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. In saucepan add 2 cups of heavy cream, heat on low and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes, add 5 oz. baby spinach and cook until spinach on wilted. Then stir in 1 cup parmesan cheese until melted. Stir in the pasta and sausage and serve immediately.
