Sometimes less is more, and this blend is as simple as it comes. Salt, smoke & cracked pepper. An incredible taste, mixed with incredible beef. As butchers, we’re passionate about great quality meat. While jerky isn’t exactly classical charcuterie, we still prefer a traditional approach. We’ll never overly-process our food and we’ll only use 100% grass-fed AND finished Canadian beef — preferring to let the natural flavours of the beef and enhancing spices speak for themselves.
