COOKING TIP: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the fillet on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part of the fillet. Turn once during cooking. Note: Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
