Once thawed, the dough keeps its elasticity, creating a crust that’s crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, just the way a great pizza crust should be. It’s incredibly versatile, whether you’re making a classic pizza, calzones, or even breadsticks. COOKING TIP: Keep frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Transfer partially thawed dough to a bowl. Proof at room temperature for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 450°F. Stretch dough until 10" across for thin-crust pizza style. Transfer to a pizza paddle or cutting board. Add sauce and toppings. Slide pizza onto preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes (baking sheet), or 7-9 minutes (pizza stone). Best enjoyed within 3-6 months, or 3 days of thawing.
