COOKING TIP: Heat a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Arrange the frozen gyozas in a single layer, flat side down, and sear them for 1 to 2 minutes until the bottoms turn golden brown. Next, pour in ½ cup of water or broth, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cover the pan. Let the gyozas steam for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid has fully evaporated. Remove the lid and cook for an additional minute to crisp up the bottoms once more. Serve immediately and enjoy! Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165º F (74º C).
