REHEATING TIP: Sous-vide style method (recommended): Make sure your vacuum-sealed bag has no holes or tears and stays airtight. If the bag is not airtight, it’s better to reheat using the oven method that is also noted on the packaging. To reheat, place the sealed bag in a large pot filled about three-quarters full of water. Bring the water to a gentle simmer and let the bag warm for 6 minutes. Carefully remove the bag with tongs and set it aside before opening. This method keeps your food tender, juicy, and full of flavour.
