REHEATING TIP: Sous-vide style method (recommended): Make sure your vacuum-sealed bag has no holes or tears and stays airtight. If the bag is not airtight, it’s better to reheat using the saucepan method. Place chicken in a medium saucepan with ¼ cup of water.
