Developed in collaboration with Toronto’s beloved Pizzeria Defina, this custom take-and-bake pizza brings together an iconic Canadian pizza on a handcrafted sourdough crust. Topped with rich plum tomato sauce, creamy fior di latte, roasted mushrooms, smoked bacon, classic pork pepperoni, green peppers, and mozzarella, it’s a delicious tribute to a Canadian comfort food at its finest.

Crafted with premium locally sourced ingredients and flash-frozen for freshness, the truCANADIAN is perfect for busy weeknights, relaxed weekends, or sharing with friends during hockey night. Just pop it in the oven for a golden crispy crust and a mouthwatering aroma that fills your kitchen.

Founded in 2011, Pizzeria Defina introduced Neapolitan-style pizza to Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighborhood, also known as Roncy Village. Featured by The Food Network and The New York Times, the pizzeria has earned Platinum for Best Local Pizza in Parkdale.

COOKING TIP: Simply thaw your pizza for 20 minutes while preheating your oven to 450°F. Place your pizza on the centre rack and bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the cheese is perfectly melted and bubbly. Be sure to watch for that golden perfection. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes on a rack. Slice, serve, and savour the deliciousness.
