Pioneer Butchery & Charcuterie’s grass-fed and grass-finished beef burgers are made with 100% locally sourced beef from Prairie Ranchers Farm in southern Alberta. Raised without added antibiotics or hormones, the beef is freshly ground in-house to deliver exceptional flavour, tenderness, and juiciness. COOKING TIP: For best results, cook burgers over medium-high heat, seasoning simply with salt & pepper. Sear until a golden crust forms, then flip once and continue cooking until an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) in achieved. Avoid pressing the patty to retain juices, let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving for the best flavour and texture.
