To take it one step further, these mouth-watering thighs are air-chilled, making them some of the most flavourful thighs out there. Grill, broil, bake, or fry our bone in chicken thighs for a delicious family meal.
COOKING TIP: For extra-crispy skin and tender meat, place the thighs skin-side down in a cold, dry skillet, then turn the heat to medium. As the pan heats, the fat slowly renders from the skin, creating deep golden crispness without burning. Cook skin-side down for about 12–15 minutes until deeply browned, then flip and finish in a 400°F (200°C) oven until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C)
