COOKING TIP: For the juiciest results, grill or pan-sear over medium heat, turning occasionally, until nicely browned and cooked through (about 12–15 minutes). Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for optimal safety and flavour. Let the sausage rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to retain its natural juices.
