Chicken Bulgogi

Chicken Bulgogi is a bold Korean classic made with tender boneless chicken thigh meat marinated in a rich gochujang based sauce, Korea’s iconic red chili paste. The flavour is subtly sweet, garlicky and gingery, with deep savoury umami and a gentle warmth. Fully cooked and ready to enjoy, this 454g package serves 2 to 3 people and makes an easy, flavourful meal when paired with rice, noodles or fresh vegetables. Made in house by Carbon Bar, Toronto.

REHEATING TIP: We recommend the sous-vide method from frozen. Ensure the plastic bag is completely airtight with no holes or tears; if not, use the saucepan method on the packaging. Place the sealed bag in a large stock pot, fill three-quarters full with water, and bring to a simmer for 10–15 minutes. Carefully remove with tongs, open the bag, and enjoy.
