Made locally in Richmond, BC by eatFISH, our Wild-caught BC Salmon Burger showcases the best of the West Coast. Crafted with premium wild caught British Columbia salmon, each patty is blended with savoury onion, fresh dill, and a touch of garlic and fennel to enhance and not overpower the natural flavour of the fish.

Lightly bound and delicately seasoned, it delivers a tender, juicy texture with a clean, fresh finish. Whether grilled, pan seared, or baked, it holds together beautifully while letting the richness of the salmon shine through.

COOKING TIP: Defrost and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes or pan-fry or grill for 3 minutes on each side. Place between your favourite bun or lettuce wrap and enjoy!
