Wild-Caught Salmon Cakes

Made locally in Richmond, BC by eatFISH, our Wild-caught BC Salmon Cakes are crafted with premium wild-caught British Columbia salmon for a fresh, West Coast–inspired flavour. Blended with crisp celery, sweet bell peppers, and savoury onions, each cake offers a perfectly balanced mix of texture and taste.

Lightly bound with a creamy mayo base and finished with herbs and seasoning, these salmon cakes are tender on the inside with a delicate, golden exterior when cooked. They deliver a satisfying, homemade-style bite that highlights the natural richness of the salmon.

COOKING TIP: Defrost cakes in the fridge overnight. Bake in oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cakes can alternatively be pan fried with your choice of oil or butter.
