Our frozen White Tiger Shrimp are peeled and deveined with the tails left on for easy preparation and an elegant presentation. (White tiger prawns are simply a large variety of shrimp.) COOKING TIP: Leave the tails on while cooking for extra flavour and a beautiful presentation. Finish the shrimp with a squeeze of fresh lemon, a little butter, and chopped parsley, or toss them into pasta, risotto, or grilled skewers just before serving.
