Grass-Fed and Finished Regular Beef Smokies
We love these 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef smokies from our friends at Ogopogo Meats & Sausages, who raise their cattle in the heart of Summerland, BC. No nitrites or celery salt means more room for all the good stuff. These pre-cooked smokies are made with a little bit of salt, garlic powder, and some spices then stuffed in a collagen casing.
COOKING TIP: They're pre-cooked and ready to eat, which makes them perfect for a last-minute charcuterie board addition. If you're a smokie traditionalist, you'll want to fry them up in a pan and serve them for breakfast or brunch with all the usual fixings.
