Pork Back Ribs

Another locally raised favourite from Hillview Heritage Pork, these ribs are tender, juicy, and typically known as the meatiest cut. They’re the go-to ribs you often see on restaurant menus and now you can bring that same flavour home. Add them to your next box they’re sure to be a crowd favourite.
COOKING TIP: For irresistibly tender ribs, try precooking your baby back ribs low and slow before finishing them on the grill. Start by seasoning them and placing them in the oven at a low temperature around 275°F for a couple of hours. This helps break down the connective tissue and locks in moisture, making the meat incredibly juicy. Once they are cooked through and tender, toss them on a hot grill to caramelize the outside and add that perfect smoky char. The result? Ribs that are almost fall off the bone tender with a beautiful BBQ finish.
