And don't worry, the texture is unaffected by freezing. These low-calorie, high protein squid tubes have a mild flavour, sweet smell, and chewy yet tender texture when cooked.

COOKING TIP: Where do we start? You can either cook the full steaks on the grill or slice them into rings and sauté them. You can also coat them in breadcrumbs and deep fry them.
