These neon flying squids are wild-caught via jigg off the northwest corner of Peru. Brought to you by Organic Ocean Seafood, you can be sure that these wild-caught squids are sustainably harvested. And don't worry, the texture is unaffected by freezing. These low-calorie, high protein squid tubes have a mild flavour, sweet smell, and chewy yet tender texture when cooked. 

*Note - Due to the oily nature of seafood, we do not vacuum-seal all seafood products.


COOKING TIP: Where do we start? You can either cook the full steaks on the grill or slice them into rings and sauté them. You can also coat them in breadcrumbs and deep fry them. A cold squid salad with lemon and bell peppers is perfect for a hot day. And just when you think that's it...how about stuffed squid with ground pork?
