How to cook
Because these wings are pre-seasoned, you only have to decide which way you prefer to cook them. If you have a deep fryer, you can use that - it’s the traditional way to serve them and it will make the outside super crispy. If you want to try them on a grill, it gives a bit of smokiness to the wings and makes them almost as crispy on the outside. If you prefer to use an oven, it will keep the flavour as true as possible and is the simplest way to cook them but the wings will not be as crispy. Just make sure to oil any cooking surface so that they don’t stick and cook them for about 30 minutes at 425°F or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F or 71°C.
