COOKING TIP: If don't want to fry these beef meatballs, opt for baking instead. You can brush them with oil and broil them at the end to mimic the flavourful browning you'd get from pan searing. They're great with some tomato sauce and spaghetti or turn them into meatball sliders. You can even catch us eating them on their own with a side of steamed green beans.
