Organic Mild Italian Sausage

You may already be familiar with Italian sausages because their bold flavour has made them very popular. These are made in the style of sausage from Northern Italy with garlic and fennel but without the spiciness found in other Italian sausages. These are from our friends at duBreton and are completely organic. They were only fed GMO-free organic feed without animal by-products and raised without antibiotics in a crate-free environment. These sausages still pack a lot of flavour - but without the spiciness of the hot Italian sausages.


COOKING TIPS: Nothing is better than a flavourful sausage on a nice summer day. We think that these sausages are best when cooked on the grill but they are also fantastic when cooked in the oven or frying pan. Cook them until their internal temperature reaches 160℉ and then decide how you want to eat them. Will you toss them into a thick pasta sauce, eat them with mustard in a bun, or cut them up and use toothpicks to dip them in your favourite sauce?
