Lime and Herb Baked Salmon

  • one salmon fillet
  • three cloves garlic. minced
  • half tsp oregano
  • half tsp parsley
  • half lime, juiced
  • one tsp dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the herbs, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon fillet, skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the sauce on top of the fillet. Garnish with the lemon slices if desired. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 140°F.
  4. Enjoy!
