Lime and Herb Baked Salmon
A match made in heaven. Lemon, herbs and salmon!

- one salmon fillet
- three cloves garlic. minced
- half tsp oregano
- half tsp parsley
- half lime, juiced
- one tsp dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the herbs, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillet, skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the sauce on top of the fillet. Garnish with the lemon slices if desired. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 140°F.
