Easy Pesto Keto Salmon
I love a good store bought short cut
- four salmon fillets
- one jar pesto
- salt and pepper to season
- Pre heat over to 400 and place salmon on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper and bake for 15mins.
- Pull salmon out and spoon on your pesto (approx 1-2 tsp a portion). Broil on high for 2-3 mins
- Serve with your favourite keto friendly veggie. I used broccolini served with butter, salt and pepper.
