Easy Pesto Keto Salmon

I love a good store bought short cut



  1. Pre heat over to 400 and place salmon on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper and bake for 15mins.
  3. Pull salmon out and spoon on your pesto (approx 1-2 tsp a portion). Broil on high for 2-3 mins
  4. Serve with your favourite keto friendly veggie. I used broccolini served with butter, salt and pepper.
