Asian Style Burgers

Mini burgers infused with an asian flare! Prepare yourself, it's going to feel like a firework show of flavour in your mouth!

  • one pound ground beef
  • one tsp olive oil
  • half tbsp sesame oil
  • one egg
  • half cup breadcrumbs
  • one soy sauce
  • half tsp salt
  • one tsp black pepper
  • half tsp garlic powder
  • half tbsp sriracha (optional)
  • half medium carrot, shredded
  • four slices cucumber
  • one cup spinach
  • four burger buns
  • one cup purple cabbage, sliced
  • one tsp olive oil
  • one sesame oil
  • half tsp soy sauce
  • half tsp sriracha


  1. Add the ground beef to a bowl and add the egg, breadcrumbs, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, green onions, and sriracha (optional). Mix together and let in marinate in the fridge for 45 minutes. 
  2. To a pan on medium heat add olive oil and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes. 
  3. To the pan add the sliced cabbage along with the sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Prep the cucumbers and carrots. 
  5. Assemble the burger and add any sauce of your choice.
