Bacon, Fig and Peach Focaccia Bread

Ingredients
- three cups flour
- two and a quarter tsp of active dry yeast
- three quarter tbsp sugar
- two tsp sea salt
- one tsp garlic
- one and a half cups warm water
- two tbsp vegetable oil
- half peach, thinly sliced
- four strips of bacon
- four figs, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Add flour, sugar, salt, garlic, yeast to a bowl and stir together
- Pour in water and vegetable oil
- Cover in plastic wrap and let is rest for 45 minutes
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Cut the @trulocal bacon into strips and cook on medium heat.
- Dice half a peach and cut the figs into thin slices
- Butter/oil your pan so the dough doesn’t stick and place your dough inside and spread it out evenly
- Gently poke your fingers into the dough to create some air pockets
- Brush a little bit of olive oil on top, place all of your toppings into the dough
- Bake for 35 minutes and once it’s done, let it cool before cutting
