Ingredients
- five medium potatoes, sliced
- half tbsp sea salt
- one tsp vegetable oil
- eight mushrooms, chopped
- one red bell pepper, chopped
- one tsp vegetable oil
- 10 grape tomatoes
- four slices of bacon, chopped
- half cups shredded cheese
- Green and white onions to top
- one and a half cups beef broth
- one tsp ketchup
- one tsp BBQ sauce
- three tsp cornstarch
- one tsp water
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into strips. Once cut, rinse with cold water to remove the starch.
- To the potatoes, add vegetable oil and salt and mix together.
- Air fry at 400F for 20 minutes (you can also bake them in the oven).
- For the toppings, chop mushrooms, pepper, grape tomatoes, onions, and bacon.
- On medium heat cook the mushrooms and pepper and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once that’s done, remove from the pan and cook the bacon.
- For the gravy, add beef broth, ketchup, and BBQ sauce to a pan on medium heat. In a separate bowl, add the cornstarch and water and mix together. Once fully combined, pour the cornstarch mix into the pot and whisk to remove clumps.
- Lay the fries on a pan and top with cheese. Bake at 350F for 4 minutes. Once that’s done, add your toppings and pour on the gravy.
