Hot Dogs with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • six beef hotdogs
  • six hot dog buns
  • two cups pineapple, chopped
  • one kiwi, chopped
  • one roma tomato, chopped
  • half red onion, chopped
  • one and a half tbsp honey
  • two tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the beef hot dogs and cook for 8-10 minutes or until they rise.
  2. In a large bowl, add the pineapple, kiwi, tomato, red onion, honey, and lemon juice. Combine it all together.
  3. Place the hot dogs in the bun and top with the salsa!
