Juicy Grilled Pineapple Burgers

Salt and pepper burgers topped with grilled pineapple? Welcome to a whole new world of flame filled flavour!

Ingredients

  • four salt and pepper burgers
  • four pineapple rings
  • two tbsp honey
  • four pieces of lettuce
  • four slices of tomato
  • four burger buns

Instructions

  1. Place the burgers in a pan on medium heat and let them cook for 3-4 minutes per side (or until fully cooked). Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes. 
  2. Add the pineapple rings to the pan and drizzle the honey on top. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes per side. 
  3. Assemble the burger with the lettuce, tomato, and pineapple. Add any other toppings and sauce of choice.
