Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderlions
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 cups BBQ sauce
  • 10 taco shells/tortillas
  • Green and white onions
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice a white onion. 
  2. To a crock pot add the @trulocal pork tenderloin and sliced onion. 
  3. Add in the BBQ sauce and let it cook on high for 5-5 1/2 hours. At the halfway point, check to see if you need to add more sauce (you want to make sure it doesn’t dry out). 
  4. Once done, the pork should be easy to pull apart with a fork. 
  5. Add to taco shells/tortillas. Top with white and green onions and chili flakes.
