Steak, Beet and Blueberry Salad

- 1 striploin steak
- 3 tbsp steak spice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cooked beet, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp dressing of choice
- Add the steak spice to the @trulocal steak and let in marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
- To a pan on medium heat add butter and let it melt. Cook the steak 3-4 minutes each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Wash your blueberries and spinach.
- Assemble your salad.
