Herb and Garlic Chicken and Veggie Bake

1. Dab the chicken breasts with paper towel to dry. Remove any fat and then chop the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a medium sized bowl.
2. Chop all of the veggies into chunks. Add to the bowl with the chopped chicken breast. Sprinkle the bagel blend, garlic powder, salt, pepper and bbq blend overtop.
3. Use your hands to make sure everything is coated evenly with the spices. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a very large baking sheet (or two medium sized) with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165° F and the veggies are soft/crispy. Remove from oven. Enjoy!
