Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 raw chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Sprinkle of Blondies Baking Bagel Blend for topping


1. Spray a pan with non stick spray and bring to medium heat. Chop the garlic and onion and add to the pan. Once the garlic and onion turn translucent slice the chicken breast and add to the pan.

2. While the chicken is cooking, add the broccoli to a small pot of water and bring to a boil for 3-5 minutes. Once the chicken is golden brown add the broccoli and shredded carrot.

3. In a small bowl, whisk the broth, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, acv, ginger, cornstarch and hot sauce. Add the sauce to the pan and mix well. Once the sauce gets to your desired thickness, top with the Bagel Blend and serve! Enjoy!
