Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers

- 2 packages trulocal shrimp (approx 16)
- 3 tbsp oil (add more if you want it runnier)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- To a bowl add the oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, and salt.
- Drizzle the marinade over the shrimp and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Arrange on wooden skewers (about 4-5 per skewer).
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
