Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers

  • 2 packages trulocal shrimp (approx 16)
  • 3 tbsp oil (add more if you want it runnier)
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. To a bowl add the oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper, and salt. 
  2. Drizzle the marinade over the shrimp and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  3. Arrange on wooden skewers (about 4-5 per skewer). 
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
