Creamy Tortellini and Sausage

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 servings of spaghetti
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
Instructions
- To a pot of boiling water on medium heat, add the hot Italian sausages and let them boil for 5-7 minutes (or until fully cooked).
- Remove the skin and pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice into pieces.
- Then, boil the tortellini according to package instructions.
- Drain the tortellini and set it aside.
- To the same pot, add the beef broth, cream, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it come to a boil.
- Once it boils, mix together corn starch and water to create a slurry and add that into the sauce. Stir consistently to avoid clumps.
- Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the tortellini and sausage and mix until fully coated.
