Creamy Tortellini and Sausage

It's creamy, saucy and delicious! We're talking about Creamy Tortellini with hearty chunks of sausage!

  • 2 chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 servings of spaghetti
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper


  1. To a pot of boiling water on medium heat, add the hot Italian sausages and let them boil for 5-7 minutes (or until fully cooked).
  2. Remove the skin and pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Slice into pieces. 
  4. Then, boil the tortellini according to package instructions. 
  5. Drain the tortellini and set it aside. 
  6. To the same pot, add the beef broth, cream, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let it come to a boil.
  7. Once it boils, mix together corn starch and water to create a slurry and add that into the sauce. Stir consistently to avoid clumps. 
  8. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the tortellini and sausage and mix until fully coated.
