Creamy Zucchini Chicken Pasta

  • 2 chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 servings of spaghetti
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper


  1. Chop up the zucchini and onions. 
  2. To a pot of boiling water, add spaghetti and let it boil until desired firmness. 
  3. Once done, drain the spaghetti (you can add a bit of olive oil so it doesn’t stick together). 
  4. Cut up the chicken breasts and add a bit of olive oil to the same pot on medium heat. Add garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Cook the chicken all the way through (about 5-7 minutes) 
  5. Remove the chicken and add the zucchini and onions. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. 
  6. Then, add the cream along with the extra seasonings. 
  7. Add the spaghetti and chicken to the pot. 
  8. Top with parsley and chilli flakes.
