Creamy Zucchini Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 servings of spaghetti
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
Instructions
- Chop up the zucchini and onions.
- To a pot of boiling water, add spaghetti and let it boil until desired firmness.
- Once done, drain the spaghetti (you can add a bit of olive oil so it doesn’t stick together).
- Cut up the chicken breasts and add a bit of olive oil to the same pot on medium heat. Add garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Cook the chicken all the way through (about 5-7 minutes)
- Remove the chicken and add the zucchini and onions. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Then, add the cream along with the extra seasonings.
- Add the spaghetti and chicken to the pot.
- Top with parsley and chilli flakes.
