Cauliflower Gnocchi and Bacon

Name a better combination than gnocchi and bacon... low-carb cauliflower gnocchi - even better!

  • 1 package of @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi
  • 1/2 package of @trulocal bacon (3-4 slices)
  • 1/2 an onion
  • Parsley


  1. Cook cauliflower gnocchi on medium heat for 3 minutes. 
  2. Add your seasoning of choice (I used the @traderjoes umami seasoning). Remove the gnocchi from the pan and set aside. 
  3. Sauté half and onion and then cook up the @trulocal bacon strips. 
  4. Once done, add the gnocchi back in along with some parsley.
