Haddock Chicken Parm

Ingredients

  • 4 @trulocal wild caught breaded haddock
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella, as much as desired

Instructions

  1. Bake the @trulocal breaded haddock for 20-25 minutes at 425F. 
  2. Top with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake at 350F for 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. 
  3. Serve with a side of your choice.
