Keto Chicken Fajitas

Good luck trying to "fajita" these bad boys into your mouth - try not to inhale them! They're THAT good!

Instructions
Fajitas Seasoning:
Combine all of the spice ingredients in a mason jar and shake until blended.
Fajitas:
Chop chicken, peppers and the onion into 1/4 inch slices. Dice the jalapeño
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken to the skillet then sprinkle about half of the fajita seasoning over the chicken and toss. Cook the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink, and it’s slightly browned, but not burned. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside
In the same pan add peppers, onions and jalapeño and sauté until soft and slightly brown
Add the chicken back into the pan and the other half of the fajita seasoning and 1 cup of water
Cook on medium-high heat until water has cooked off.
