Easy Cheesy Keto Egg & Bacon Plate
You guys know I love breakfast for dinner
- two eggs
- one red bell pepper
- handful of parsley
- splash of cream
- two tbsp marble cheese, shredded
- three slices bacon
- half avocado, sliced
- Sauté the red pepper, in a bowl whisk together eggs, cream and parsley and pour it into the sautéed peppers.
- Scramble to your liking., about 4-6 minutes.
- Top with cheese and cover to melt for 1 minute.
I served mine with @trulocal bacon or peppered bacon that I cooked in the oven on a parchment lined cookie sheet for approximately 15-20 minutes at 425 F and a side of avocado!
