Keto Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- one head romaine lettuce, chopped
- two slices bacon, cooked
- one hardboiled egg
- one cup chicken, cooked
- quarter cup red onion, finely chopped
- half red bell pepper, chopped
- two tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
- quarter cup cucumber, chopped
- two tbsp blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, layer the greens , pepper, bacon, egg, chicken, onion, cucumber and cheese.
- Drizzle with blue cheese dressing!
