If your cobb salad doesn't resemble a rainbow, you're doing it wrong! Add a splash of colour to your salad with the help of this delicious Keto Cobb Salad from our friend Kristen!

  • one head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • two slices bacon, cooked
  • one hardboiled egg
  • one cup chicken, cooked
  • quarter cup red onion, finely chopped
  • half red bell pepper, chopped
  • two tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
  • quarter cup cucumber, chopped
  • two tbsp blue cheese dressing


  1. In a large bowl, layer the greens , pepper, bacon, egg, chicken, onion, cucumber and cheese.
  2. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing!
