Pork Patties

These patties make the perfect topping on an asian salad, paired with fries or stacked on a bun with your favourite toppings!

  • 1 package ground pork
  • 5 Chinese mushrooms (Cremini)
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Slice chinese cremini mushrooms (and spinach. 
  2. Add to a bowl with @trulocal ground pork. 
  3. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. 
  4. Combine all together. 
  5. Shape into patties. 
  6. To a pan on medium heat, add oil and cook on each side for 5 minutes (or until fully cooked). 
  7. Serve with rice and veggies.
